We offer various services to both the commercial sector and private individuals. This can range from consultancy-based advice on projects, pre-application advice, submitting planning applications, to dealing with condition discharge and appeals. With extensive Local Government Experience, we can provide guidance on navigating the Planning system to private individuals and other industry professionals . We can provide advice and/or support to you whilst you develop your Planning proposal. This can include advice on development opportunities, call-for-land submissions. We can also provide Planning Policy constraint appraisal, which will help you understand how your application will be assessed against current policy. This will include a fair indication of the liklihood of success.
We can manage every part of submitting a Planning application. This includes pre-application advice, concept schemes, creating supporting information and plans, submission of the application and dealing with the Local Council. We can also manage condition discharge and Planning appeals.
If you are creating a new Neighbourhood Plan, or reviewing an existing one, there can be a significant amount of work involved. We can help you through the different stages, including regulation 14 and 15 consultations, evidence gathering, writing and sense checking draft policies, and helping with the bureaucratic side.
